Because We Care

Caring for our guests and team members is our top priority, and we are doing all we can so you can enjoy your favorite Noodles. We are taking the growing concerns around the coronavirus (COVID-19) very seriously. If you’re in an area with confirmed cases, you’ll notice a few precautionary measures at our restaurants.

In addition to our current industry-leading health and safety practices, we are:

  • Introducing a new emergency sick leave policy for team members at company-owned restaurants that will cover up to 14 days of sick pay.
  • Replacing silverware and tumblers with single-use flatware and paper cups.
  • Increasing the frequency of our cleaning procedures, particularly surrounding hand washing and disinfecting of common areas.
  • Providing single-use condiments, such as sriracha, upon request.

We are closely monitoring updates from the Centers for Disease Control and the World Health Organization and will continue to seek guidance from these agencies and public health officials. We are also continuously monitoring our policies to ensure we are providing the resources and flexibility our team members need at this time.
